Old Town Apartments Hotel
Whether a tourist or a business traveller, Old Town Apartments are a great alternative offering more independence and privacy than a conventional hotel. Our apartments are spacious, fully equipped with their own kitchens, bathrooms and all mod cons.
*Please note the apartments are not located in the same building and are loacted all over the city centre. On arrival you need to come to the office to pick up the keys and the map with directions to your apartment.*

TIP: If you have lots of luggage and are travelling outside peak times, a taxi is more convenient and will cost approximately €25 to the office. If travelling in a group only one person will need to check in. We recommend that you keep the taxi to take you on to the apartment. Please note we DO NOT have any apartments in the same building as our office.
Alternatively via the metro, take Line 8 (pink) to Nuevos Ministerios. Change to Line 10 (blue) and head in the direction of Puerta del Sur. Get off at Metro Alonso Martinez.
Take the EXIT (Salida) marked C/Santa Engracia and C/Almagro. You arrive on C/Santa Engracia. Cross to the left hand side of the road using the Zebra crossing and walk 30 metres (in the direction away from the fountain) and take the second left into Calle de José Maranón. The office is situated after the crossroads on the left hand side.
On arrival at our building please ring the bell marked Old Town Apartments and then proceed downstairs to the bottom of the stairs where our office is situated. Please note that under no circumstances can luggage be left in the hall upstairs.
From Atocha RENFE
Take Metro Line 1 (light blue) in direction of Plaza de Castilla. Change at Metro Tribunal to Line 10 (blue) and head in the direction of Fuencarral. Get off at next stop Metro Alonso Martinez.
From Chamartin
Take Metro Line 10 (blue) and head in the direction of Puerta del Sur.Get off at Metro Alonso Martinez.
